About the Owner

My wife and I fell head over heels for this condo the moment we first saw it in 2014. Standing on the balcony, gazing out at the sparkling waters of Lake Dillon framed by those magnificent mountain peaks, we were absolutely mesmerized. We knew instantly this was the place. Our journey to find this lakefront gem was even featured on the first season of HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt—and you'll see why when you experience these views for yourself! Over the years, this condo has been our cherished retreat, a place where we've made countless memories surrounded by Colorado's natural beauty.
